The Who & Shelley, 2nd May 67, Oslo, Norway.  The show ended in a riot when 
Pete Townsend threw his Stratocaster guitar up into the stage overhead lighting 
and fused every light in the concert hall.  This was followed by a mass stampede 
for the doors.  The Vanguards and the Cool Cats from Norway completed the bill.
